The video camera is proving to be a very useful tool. It really helps everyone to see where there might be room for improvement, and it helps show off when things are going right.

OR when things get silly - way to go, Fig! Trying for the bounce instead of one stride and almost doing a face plant on the jump... BWAHAHA!!
